Yes - custom Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) are a core part of our offering. Our in-house engineering team designs, prototypes, and manufactures bespoke machines tailored to your specific process requirements. Recent custom projects include a 2,500 mm pipe hydrotest machine and a high-throughput DI pipe breaking system with conveyor automation.

Our machines serve a wide range of industries: metal recycling and scrap yards, automotive manufacturing and component plants, steel mills and foundries, pipe and tube manufacturing, aerospace and defense, construction, oil and gas, electronics recycling, and general manufacturing. We also serve government infrastructure and recycling programs.

Standard machine lead times range from 6 to 12 weeks depending on specifications and current order volume. Custom SPMs typically require 12 to 20 weeks. All Rangani Engineering machines come with a standard structural warranty covering manufacturing defects. We also offer extended warranty and annual maintenance contracts (AMC) for ongoing support.

Yes. We provide end-to-end support including site inspection, machine installation, operator training, and commissioning. Our after-sales team offers phone and video support, remote diagnostics, and on-site service visits across India. For export clients, we provide detailed installation manuals, video guidance, and can arrange technician visits where required.

Absolutely. Our hydraulic machines are engineered with energy-efficient designs that minimize power consumption without compromising output. All machines comply with relevant IS (Bureau of Indian Standards) and international safety standards including CE marking requirements. Our quality management system is ISO certified, and we provide independent agency test certificates as required.
